Blue Tang Surgeonfish adult form. Surgeonfish named for two very sharp defensive spines, one of which is visable at base of the tail. Algae grazers. Adults are blue, juveniles are bright yellow. Mayaguana Island, Bahamas, Caribbean, Atlantic Ocean Former missle tracking station during the cold war.
